How Owedio handles your Gmail data
We built Gmail integration with the strictest privacy posture we could design — minimum-scope OAuth, in-memory analysis, structured-only storage, zero AI training.
Read-only access
We request gmail.readonly and gmail.metadata scopes only. We can't send, delete, or modify any emails.
In-memory analysis
Email bodies are analyzed in-memory and discarded immediately. We never persist message bodies in our database.
What we store
Only the structured opportunity records we extract (e.g., "Adobe subscription billed $54.99/mo"). Never the raw email.
Encrypted tokens
OAuth tokens stored encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Disconnect anytime
One-click revoke. We delete your token and give you the option to delete all extracted opportunities.
Zero AI training
Your emails and opportunities are never used to train AI models. We pay our LLM provider per-API-call for inference only.
